It's hard to believe that our little baby is 6 months old! Wow! We're halfway to a year! Marlee just seems to blossom more and more every week! When we went for her 6 month check-up she weighed in at 15lbs( 30th percentile), 26 inches (65th percentile) and her little head is 17 inches! She is still quite petite but we're growing steadily and staying in the same percentile, which the doctor says is good! She is really starting to enjoy her big girl food! We have moved up to Stage 2 foods and she seems to like them better! She loves sweet corn, apples and cherry mix and squash! I'm glad she likes squash now, but she won't be getting it in when she's older from us! Jay and I don't care for it at all! Marlee just started sitting up on her own and is doing pretty good at it! I always stay close just in case she decides to go backward! She is talking up a storm and is saying dada, an occasional mama, and she loves to say hey! If she hears you answer the phone and say hello, she immediately starts saying "hey!" Too cute! Marlee has to get tubes put in her little ears next Friday, so say a little prayer for us!
